ADULT BASEBALL gold coast baseball association
Adult baseball games are run by the Gold Coast Baseball Association (GCBA). Games are played in a Home and Away format. Team sizes are 9 on the field plus bench players. The normal rules of baseball apply with clubs participating from the Gold Coast region.
The GCBA baseball competition has two distinct seasons:
Summer – October to March on Sundays, 16 week competition format plus final series.
Winter – May to August on Saturdays, 16 week competition format plus final series.
Generally, our Club submits teams in Division 1 and Division 2 competitions in the Summer and in Divisions 1, 2 & 3 in the Winter. Once players have reached the age of 15 they are permitted to play in the Adult competition and also play in their regular junior team.
In the Winter season, the club also submits a team/s in the Masters competition.
Players must turn 40 years of age or older (Men) and aged 30 years or older (Women) prior to 31st December of the year the competition begins.
*Returning players, who are signing in with the same name, email and DOB they used for Summer, will not be charged duplicate BA or BQ fees.
Please note: if a member registered during the Summer Season on the 2024/2025 Baseball Australia Membership Registration Form (#115072) and paid for Adult Seniors (BA and BQ), they need to register on this form again to ensure they are not charged BA and BQ Capitations or BA and BQ Masters Program Registration Fees. The Adult Seniors covers them for all competitions during the 2024/25 registration year even if switching from Adult Summer to Masters Winter.

Over 30 for Masters (females)
WHEN: Every Wednesday from 4:30pm.
