The Bluewave Academy is dedicated to enhancing the abilities of players aged 9 to 16. 

The program will be spearheaded by Jerry Lacayo, the Junior Head Coach for Surfers Baseball and a Division 1 catcher in the GBL. Jerry, who is deeply committed to nurturing future athletic talent, is a two-time GBL champion with Surfers Paradise. He has a two-year tenure in the MiLB with the Milwaukee Brewers, as well as two years in the ABL. Additionally, Jerry brings a wealth of experience in coaching, alongside expertise in strength and conditioning.

Beginners Program
This program is designed for players who are new to the game and those aiming to enhance their fundamental skills and overall understanding of baseball. It will help them become game-ready as they transition into Little League.

Advanced Program
This program is crafted to further enhance the skills of baseball players who already possess fundamental game-day knowledge and abilities. It specifically focuses on game preparation through proper warm-up routines and emphasizes improvements in infield, outfield, and batting techniques.

Blue Wave Uniform

Every member of the Academy will receive a Bluewave cap and shirt as part of their experience.
